With over 37 years of experience in the real estate industry, Tammy has been a driving force in shaping the Eastern Panhandle Board of REALTORS® for more than 31 years. Her deep industry knowledge and unwavering dedication have made her an essential resource for both new and veteran agents, helping them navigate market trends, educate, and prepare for the future of real estate. Throughout her tenure, Tammy has played a key role in advancing the Board’s mission by fostering professional growth, implementing educational initiatives, and staying ahead of industry changes.

Membership Coordinator

Jenny began working at EPBR in October 2023. In 2006, she worked with Jeanne Kozak at RE/MAX In Action as a transaction coordinator/administrator assistant. In May 201,7 she began working with Jeffrey Haymaker as the office administrator for RE/MAX 1st Realty. Throughout her years with Jeff, she worked as a bookkeeper, transaction coordinator, and helped with property management.

Her leadership has helped strengthen the Board’s presence, ensuring members have access to the latest tools, resources, and advocacy efforts. Tammy’s hands-on approach is evident in her commitment to providing one-on-one guidance, making her a trusted mentor in an ever-evolving field. Administrative Assistant

Amanda began working for EPBR in September 2024. While new to the real estate industry, she brings many great organizational skills with her since she has been an administrative assistant for the past 8 years prior to EPBR. She is passionate about teamwork, helping others, organization, multitasking, and has eye for catching the little details.

Amanda enjoys working at the EPBR office because everyone is so welcoming and supportive. She is always ready for whatever new task is sent her way, learning more about the industry and looks forward to helping our EPBR members and staff.
